The Primrose Trail is an exciting vision to create a multi-use path following the historic route of the Primrose Line railway, connecting Kingsbridge and South Brent. While the trail is still in the concept phase and no sections have been completed, we’re eager to share the dream and invite you to explore the possibilities.
For now, walkers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the current permissive route, which connects Kingsbridge and South Brent via public rights of way. This route offers a taste of the natural beauty and scenic landscapes the final trail aims to celebrate.
To help you navigate, we've included maps and GPX files of the current route, making it easy to plan your journey and explore this beautiful part of Devon.
